When your driveway or parking lot starts to show wear, looking dull and crack, it’s time to fix the cracks and reseal the surface.
Our team cleans the surfaces thoroughly before resurfacing so that the filler properly bonds with the original asphalt. Using strong attention to detail, we use compressed air to blow dirt and debris away and out of the crack. We’ll remove weeds and edge along the driveway or parking lot edge before using a torch to burn away any remaining organic matter that will prevent sealant from bonding properly.
For narrow cracks we use our “crack jet” method of filling cracks before moving on to the sealing step. By heating the surface as we go, it allows the rubber to bond effectively for long-lasting repairs.
